United Nations Resolution has adopted 21st June as International Day of Yoga. Hindu YUVA organized a this event in collaboration with the ISU Recreation Services to celebrate the International Day of Yoga(1) on June 21, 2015 to spread the awareness and benefits of the Yoga. The event was a great success and we thank to all 70 participants, who were from a diverse culture, eager in learning ways to strengthen their body, mind & spirit. We hope that these few hours gave you some peace and happiness in your busy and stressed life. We thank ISU’s student organization and Recreation Service in helping us to make this a success.
