To mark the Indian festival of Raksha Bandhan, Hindu YUVA at ISU celebrated Universal Oneness Day on September 6, 2013 in front of the Parks Library. On the occasion, people tied colorful threads (also known as Rakhi, symbolic of love between brother and sister) on the wrists of their friends to symbolize that we all are united, and we should take care of our fellow human beings and have a feeling of compassion towards them. This, ultimately, will lead us to the path of universal peace and brotherhood. Here are some of the photos.
