Hindu YUVA at ISU arranged for the rides to and from the Madrid Temple, IA for ISU students interested in attending the Holi (festival of colors) celebration on March 27, 2016. About 35 people from ISU participated in the celebration. The event began with Holika dahan (sacred fire ceremony), and was followed by playing holi with colors. Everyone enjoyed throwing powdered colors on each other which was accompanied by dancing to the tunes of music. It was a very fun-filled event for everyone.
