Hindu YUVA volunteers met with Sgt Arkovich and Sgt Grooters from the Safe Neighborhoods Team of the Ames Police Department to celebrate Raksha Bandhan as ‘Universal Oneness Day’ on September 10, 2015. Volunteers tied a Rakhi on their wrists, extending the Protection Connection to them and thanking them for their efforts in making Ames an amazing place to live in. We thank the Ames Police Department for celebrating this day with us!
